Did you know that while per capita U.S. cheese consumption has increased by 75% since 1975, cottage cheese consumption has decreased by half? Also, our research showed that only young women and old men eat it. These are serious cheese problems, friends. In order to inject some life and renewed vigor into the stagnant cottage cheese market, we created Cottage Ease, the first no-spoon-required cottage cheese snack.

The whole project was a bit tongue-in-cheek, but I enjoyed the chance to have a little fun and be creative.
